Application
In the plastic industry, this heater is a core heating component for injection molding machines, extruders and blow molding machines. Structure
Cast copper/cast aluminum heaters take electric heating tubes as the core heating elements and embed them into high-quality metal materials such as aluminum or copper through precise casting processes. This structure completely isolates the heating wire from the air. On the one hand, it greatly enhances the anti-oxidation ability and service life of the heating element, effectively avoiding the decline in heating efficiency or element damage caused by oxidation. On the other hand, the excellent thermal conductivity of metals such as aluminum and copper endows the heater with the characteristics of being sturdy and durable, providing uniform heating and rapid heat exchange, which can evenly transfer heat to the target area in a short time.
To meet the requirements of special working conditions, the heater is designed with flexible functional expansion. In special environments such as flammable and explosive ones, professional explosion-proof junction boxes are adopted, strictly adhering to explosion-proof safety standards to eliminate potential safety hazards caused by electrical sparks from the source. For scenarios with insulation requirements, high-efficiency insulation layers can also be configured to reduce heat loss, lower energy consumption, and at the same time maintain the surface temperature of the equipment within a safe range, enhancing operational safety.
