    Introduction

    The heat-conducting oil furnace uses electric heating as its energy source and organic thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. It is an efficient and stable heating equipment. Low operating pressure (≤0.45MPa), high safety; The temperature control is precise with an error of only ±1℃, meeting the requirements of various processes.     Structure

    The equipment consists of a heating furnace body, transmission pipelines, an expansion system and an electrical control device, forming a closed-loop circulation system with the heat-consuming equipment. The heating furnace body has double-layer insulation, and the electric heating tubes provide uniform heat supply. High-temperature resistant pipes ensure the stable transportation of heat transfer oil. The expansion system maintains pressure balance and prevents the oxidation of oil products. The intelligent electronic control system integrates multiple protection functions and monitors parameters such as temperature and pressure in real time. During operation, the heat transfer oil is heated in the furnace and then sent to the heat-using equipment to release heat, followed by a recirculation cycle to provide continuous and stable heat supply. It supports customization of parameters such as power and layout as needed.
