Introduction
The working principle of an oven is to convert electrical energy into thermal energy through electric heating elements (such as resistance wires, quartz heating tubes, etc.), and drive hot air through an axial flow or centrifugal fan. The hot air circulates within the oven through the air duct system, uniformly heating the materials through heat conduction and convection, avoiding local overheating or overcooling.
Structure
1. Shell: Made of stainless steel, it is filled with insulation materials such as rock wool inside, which not only prevents heat loss and reduces energy consumption but also avoids the risk of scalding from high temperatures on the shell.
2. Heating system: Composed of electric heating elements and temperature control devices. There are various types of heating elements. The temperature control device monitors and precisely adjusts the temperature in real time through temperature sensors (such as thermocouples) and temperature control instruments.
3. Air supply system: It is composed of fans, air ducts and air outlets. The fan provides power, the air duct guides the hot air to be evenly distributed, and the outlet is optimally designed to ensure that the hot air efficiently contacts the materials.
4. Control System: Integrates temperature, time control and wind speed adjustment functions, and supports fault alarm. It will automatically cut off power when the temperature exceeds the limit or there is a leakage of electricity. Some high-end models can also be remotely monitored and operated.
